Always after the service is complete. We’ll send you an invoice, and you can pay via check, Venmo, Zelle, or card.

Honestly? We don’t really do a cancellation policy. We’re super flexible! Life happens, and we deal with it together. Just give us a heads up when you can.

We always lean on the safer side of products. We don’t use bleach or harsh chemicals. All the products we use for our clients, we use in our own homes!
We also have our own product line: AZ True Clean Multi-Purpose Cleaner (in Lemon, Lavender, Orange, or Eucalyptus scents) and Cleaning Vinegar—all in glass bottles.

Yes! We bring all our own supplies and equipment. You don’t need to provide anything unless you have specific product preferences.

We offer same-day turnover service for vacation rentals with advance notice. We work with your calendar to ensure every guest walks into a fresh, clean space.

We serve Scottsdale, Phoenix, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, and Gilbert. If you’re nearby but not sure, just reach out—we’re pretty flexible!
